Soulish or Spiritual?

For the word of God is living and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword; it pierces very deeply, even to the separation of soul and spirit. (Hebrews 4:12)
What is soulish? The soulish is something done by oneself. And what is spiritual? It is something done by the Lord. And the two are very different. A person can do something without needing to wait on God and trust in Him. Such an act is of the flesh and is soulish. But if a person cannot speak before God speaks, cannot move unless God moves first; if he must look to the Lord, wait and depend on Him, then that person and that act are spiritual. Let us ask ourselves: Is everything we do in the Holy Spirit?
